Duxbury Band Groups
The Duxbury High School Music Department offers three bands as both courses and performing groups. The Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, and Concert Band have all been featured in numerous festivals and band competitions.
In addition to the curricular courses, the Band program also offers three different Jazz Bands, a Pep band for the football games, brass ensemble for holiday gatherings, a pit group for the high school musical, as well as other performance options.
Students in the Band program also have the opportunity to take private lessons from either other high level students, or professionals.
