Junior District Festival 3/5-3/6

The Junior District Festival will be March 5-6 at Attleboro High School.

MMEA All-State Conference 3/18-3/19

The Massachusetts Music Educators Conference will be Thursday March 18th through Saturday March 20 at the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center. This conference will include a performance by the Wind Ensemble at 5:00 on Friday March 19 along with an award ceremony for Duxbury Music Promoter member Lynn Marples at the same time. Saturday March 20 will feature a concert at Boston Symphony Hall by the All-state Band, Chorus, Orchestra, and Jazz groups. Duxbury students will appear in the Band, Chorus and Orchestra

Chamber Singers w/ Plymouth Philharmonic 3/27

The Duxbury Chamber Singers will join members of choirs from Pembroke, Scituate, and Silver Lake to perform a concert with the Plymouth Philharmonic at Plymouth’s Memorial Hall on Saturday March 27th.

NY/Carnegie Trip 4/1-4/3

The Duxbury String Ensemble and Wind Ensemble will be traveling to New York City to preform at Carnegie Hall. The students will be leaving on March 31st until Saturday April 3rd. April 3rd will feature performances by the String Ensemble at 3:30 and the Wind Ensemble at 4:30 at Carnegie Hall. For more information see the main page.
